Prison Ministry

Prison ministry became a new birth within Pastor Otis after being delivered from drugs and alcohol in 1974.  Prison Fellowship is where the training took place for Pastor Otis to become a seminar instructor in the Virginia Department of Corrections.  Outside of Prison Fellowship,  the local city jail in Richmond, Virginia was the foundation of Pastor Otis in 1976.

The Prison ministry has taken leaps & bounds beyond what pastor otis anticipated when he first started. He has transformed the lives of  so many men through the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is his calling.
